I believe any church anywhere can experience explosive growth. All it takes is for you to turn the wheels of growth. There are four key things that grow churches:
Prayer and intercessions
We must pray and intercede for all men, for people in authority, for more labourers to be added, for the word of God to have its free course and be glorified, that God would deliver missionaries in the field from wicked and unreasonable men, that God would give our apostles utterances, that He would stretch His hand and heal the sick, and anoint us with the Holy Ghost and power, etc
Volunteerism and functional church building and structure for pastoral care
We must offer ourselves for the work of ministry to put the house in order. We must prepare the house and build structures and institutions for pastoral care. We must avail ourselves for service and ministry.
Evangelism
You must reach out and invite others to the services; you must invite family and friends. Tell them about events and how they will be blessed if they are able to attend. You may use a line like “we are having a supernatural service at church this weekend. Many young people from our community are coming and I know you will meet people you know. It will be fun to see you there this weekend as we have an encounter with the power of God in the midst of lively praise and worship.”
Life applicable truth
The church will grow when we learn to gladly receive the life applicable word of truth.
The very 4 simple things you can do to make the HighCity experience explosive growth is to pray and intercede for all men and for the church, volunteer to build a functional church (building and institutions), invite others to church meetings and events, and finally receive life applicable teachings with gladness.
These are the simple keys to ignite and activate explosive growth at the HighCity and any church in the world. As your pastor, I can only encourage, empower, and equip you to pray, volunteer, invite, and receive the teachings.
I am praying and interceding for you and all men; I am building the institutions and structures to guarantee effective pastoral care; I am reaching out to others; and I am committed to teaching you life applicable truths.
This is the time to arise and get involved. Rally around the vision and let us build the kingdom. The Lord shall bless and reward each of us as we get involved. I pray that as you get involved in kingdom advancement, may the Lord bless and empower you. Receive grace and power to continue steadfastly! None of you shall fall by the way. Let us press on and press forward. Let us arise and build the kingdom.
