‭1 Thessalonians 4:9-12 KJV‬ — But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love one another. [10] And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more;

[11] and that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; [12] that ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.

The great commission requires great resources. No matter how anointed a minister may be, he will still require money and resources to fulfill the mandate. It costs money to preach the gospel to the poor. The gospel may be free, but the means to convey the message isn’t free. We must therefore be willing to partner with our man of God to preach the gospel to the ends of the world.

Each of us must therefore engage his several abilities and talents to make profit to support missions. We are Christian stewards and our success translates to resources to advance the kingdom.

Each of us must resolve to occupy where you are planted with your several abilities and talents.

Matthew 25:14-30, the master commanded his servants to occupy their several abilities and talents. He gave talents to his servants and commanded them to occupy till he comes. We must excel in our chosen vocation and enterprise. The Lord wants you to excel in business. No matter how anointed a minister is, he can not make a certain impact unless he has money.

May the Lord bless the work of your hand and open heaven over you. May you receive grace and mercy.

One of the skills the Lord wants every believer to acquire is the skill to do business. We must get the skills to do business and to work in our chosen vocations with excellence and diligence. This is a call on us to the following;

  1. Work smart and work hard
  2. Work with efficiency and effectively to make profit
  3. Start where you are: you must engage with local action with Global perspectives and cross cultural approach.

This is the time to excel and brighten the corner you are. This is the time and now is the hour to excel.

  • May your grounds be made fruitful and prosperous! May you see increase and excellence everyday! Receive an open heaven and blessings!
  • I pray that your light and glory will shine from obscurity! May the glory of God shine upon you. I pray that God will amplify your effort and increase your results!
  • I decree that any spell cast upon to steal your shine and your glory be rebuked!

Stay blessed
