Grace is the unmerited favour. You don’t do anything to find this one. (See Romans 9)

Grace is that favour of God that supplies what you lack or enhances what you have. Grace supplies and enhances. When grace comes upon you, it sharpens what you already have or know how to do; grace will enhance your skills

Grace is that nature of God that empowers you to survive the buffeting and oppressions of darkness. My grace is sufficient for you. Grace brings sufficiency.

Altars of grace

Five things that raise altars of grace

1. Humility

[James 4:6 KJV]“But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble”.

2. Submission.

A sure sign of submission is reliance upon. You would always run back when you are submitted. Independence is always a sign of having arrived. When you grow, you become more independent. When we are children, we always return to our parents.

[Hebrews 4:16 KJV]“Let therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

3. Discretion.

If you want to raise an altar of grace, you must strive to be wise and walk in wisdom. You must show discretion. You must show wisdom.

[Proverbs 14:35 KJV]“The king’s favour is toward a wise servant: but his wrath is against him that causeth shame.”

4. Excellence

If you want to raise an altar of favour in your life, you must have and cultivate a diligent and excellent spirit.

[Daniel 6:3 KJV] “Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm”.

Altars of grace

5. Raising the altar of grace

As we lift the oil today, we are prophetically raising an altar of favour and grace in your life. As the old makes a man’s face to shine; this oil shall bestow upon your special favour and grace.

By the lifting of this oil, we invoke;

1. Salvation.

The grace that saves and exempts a man from destruction and calamity. As this oil touches you, you are exempted from calamity and destruction. May the almighty keep you from the things that hurt.

2. Sufficiency

May the grace of God which is sufficient for men under affliction and the buffeting of Satan be made available for you in the name of Jesus Christ. Receive Sufficiency!

3. Speed and help

May the grace of God that enhances ability and multiplies results be released upon you. You will receive divine speed and your abilities will be enhanced. Receive grace!

4. Separation

May the grace of God that puts a difference between men and women and people separate you for greatness and life. Receive grace! Receive the touch of grace. May the altars of grace be raised and erected in your life in the name of Jesus. May you be favoured above your equals! Receive grace; greater grace and more grace!

I want to exhort that among all the things you seek in this life, seek the grace of God.

  1. Think more on grace
  2. Pray for more grace
  3. Believe for grace
  4. Grow in grace (See 2 Peter 3:18)
  5. Act in grace; not taking the grace of God for granted (See 1 Corinthians 15:10)
  6. Don’t frustrate the grace of God. (Galatians 2:22)

Grace is the catalyst for the processes of life. Grace is that invisible, yet that effective part that catalyzes the process and reactions of life.

Grace: the unmerited favour that empowers us to function and enhances our effort. Grace may not be seen on you but it helps you. Grace will do more for you than you think.

You can do more by grace

Grace will exempt, empower, and teach you. If you find favour before God, you have what matters most. Grace is a catalyst.

  1. Your election is by grace (See Romans 11:5). Noah found grace in the sight of God. Your election is by grace and not by works.
  2. Your salvation is by grace (See Ephesians 2:8)
  3. Your survival is by grace(See2 Corinthians 12:7-9) Grace will see you through even the most difficult and challenging times. The grace of God is sufficient.
  4. Your success is by grace (See 1 Corinthians 15;10) Don’t take the grace of God on your life for granted. Work hard and take action on the grace of God.
  5. Grace teaches all men. (See Titus 2:11) Grace teaches. Grace will prepare and teach you thoroughly.

We must believe and rely more on grace than anything else. Grace will deliver more than anything else. People operating under the grace and the unmerited favour of God achieve more. This is the time to walk in grace and believe in grace. We must not take the grace of God for granted. This is the time to believe for grace.

You can do more by grace

Grace makes all the difference. Grace will separate you from others. Grace will place you first among your equals. Grace is given to augment your efforts.

I pray for the release of grace upon you. Speak grace! Think grace! Desire grace! Grace is all you need. Grace makes a big difference. Grace will take us far than we think. Grace is the catalyst that gets the wheel rolling.

Stay blessed

I have always been saying that life and living go beyond what meets the eye. Highly effective people always live their lives conscious of this fact.

Until you wake up to realize that there is more to life than meets the eye and that it takes more than mere effort, you will not go far.

Life is more than food and clothing and supplies. There is more to life than that.

We, therefore, want to discuss three factors that impact the outcome of life more significantly.

  1. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
  2. The love of God
  3. The communion of the Holy Ghost

[2 Corinthians 13:14 KJV] “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.”

Life

1. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ brings salvation, teaches us to depart from evil, enables us to endure buffeting and enables us to deliver results.

[Titus 2:11‭-‬14 KJV] “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;”

“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works”.

Apostle Paul acknowledges that he is what he is by the grace of God. The grace of God makes all the difference. Grace will set you above and not beneath. Grace empowers and sets apart.

[1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV] “But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”

2. The love of God

The love of God covers multitudes of wrongs, leads to divine election, saves, and sets apart. The love of God makes a big difference.

[Romans 5:8 KJV] “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Love moves God to save the helpless humanity. God commended His love towards us, while we were yet sinners.

[Romans 9:10‭-‬13 KJV]“And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.”

Life

3. The communion of the Holy Spirit in life

The communion of the Holy Ghost releases power, brings abundant revelations, brings inspired utterances, and facilitates the manifestations of signs and wonders.

The Bible teaches that;

[Acts 1:8 KJV] “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

We do not doubt that these three factors make a big difference.

[Acts 2:16‭-‬21 KJV] “But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:”

“And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:”

“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

We must not take the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Ghost for granted. I do not doubt that these three factors will impact your life so much.

We should all pray for more grace, greater love, and deeper fellowship or communion of the Holy Ghost.

The Secret to Blessings from God

God desires nothing from us except fruits. God is looking for faithfulness, maturity, and fruits of the words you recieve every time.Originally published at highcity.org

The simple secret to blessings is to bear fruits on the word you receive weekly, and from time to time. The Bible says the grounds that receives and drinks the water of heaven and bear fruits for those who dress it shall be blessed.

[Matthew 16:18 KJV] “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it”.

[Hebrews 6:7‭-‬8 KJV] “For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: [8]  But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned”.

Motivation

God desires nothing from us except fruits. God is looking for faithfulness, maturity, and fruits of the words you receive every time.

[John 15:16 KJV] “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you”.

Discussion

In order to bring forth much fruits we need  the following things;

1. Be planted in a fruitful mountain:

[Isaiah 5:1-2 KJV] “Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill: [2] And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes”.

If you really want to be blessed, you must bear fruits, but to bear fruits, you must be planted in a fruitful field or mountain. I believe that God is planting us in a fruitful field. God will locate our church in a good place, Amen!

2. The work of the gardener among us:

In Luke 13:6‭-‬9, we learn that “He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. [7] Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? [8] And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: [9] And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down”.

The Master is desiring fruits, the Master is looking for your fruits. God wants you to bear fruits from the word you receive always. I pray that you will be able to walk in the word and bear more fruits. The simple secret to blessings is to bear fruits according to the word and things we receive from the throne of grace. You must bear the appropriate fruit for the gardeners who dress you. You will be blessed when you decide to bear fruit.

The work of the gardener among us is digging and dunging. The gardener is Jesus Christ, and He is committed to deliver and bless us with all things that are necessary for life and godliness. Many of us are not bringing forth fruits because of the clutters and dryness. This is why the gardener said, “Let me dig and dung around it”. God will separate you from the things that suck your strength and will give you all things that pertain to life and godliness. We need the deliverance and anointing of God. The deliverance of God will make us free and the anointing of God will make us strong and protect us to excel.

3. Partnership:

The third thing we need in order to bear fruits and have many fruits is partnership. The Bible teaches in Ecclesiastes 4:9 that, “Two are better than one, they have a better reward for their labours”. As we partner to labour in the kingdom, I am sure of better results. The Bible tells us that one shall chase a thousand, and two shall put ten thousand to flight (See Joshua 23:10; Deuteronomy 32:30). As we partner, we shall do more. You can do something, I can do something, but we together can do more.

4. Abundant labour in the grace of God:

Apostle Paul said, “I am what I am by the grace of God…”

[1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV] But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

What is this grace? It includes faith, utterances, knowledge, diligence, love for the missionaries, and giving. God wants us to abound in grace; the grace of faith, the grace of knowledge, the grace of love for the apostles, the grace of utterance, the grace of all diligence, and the grace of giving. God wants us to give not because we are rich, but because we want to learn from Jesus.

[2 Corinthians 8:6‭-‬8 KJV] “Insomuch that we desired Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also finish in you the same grace also. [7] Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also. [8] I speak not by commandment, but by occasion of the forwardness of others, and to prove the sincerity of your love”.

As we read, Apostle Paul teaches in 1 Corinthians 15:10 that, “by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me”. God will give us grace but we must not take the grace of God for granted. Apostle Paul reveals that although we have the grace of God, we must labour more abundantly if we want to see much fruits. We must be ready to labour in the spirit (See Acts 2:40-47). If we want abundant fruits, then you must follow in the footsteps of the early church. We must form the following habits;

  1. Read your Bible and Christian literature always
  2. Attend church and fellowship meetings regularly
  3. Pray without ceasing
  4. Walk in the fear of the Lord
  5. Give to charity and to missions
  6. Join the outreach effort of the church
  7. Make room for those God is adding to us and accommodate them.

I love you; Stay blessed!

Grace Makes All the Difference!

Grace makes all the difference but fellowshipping grows the grace.Originally published at highcity.org

The Lord sent me to tell you that His grace makes all the difference. If there are any three things that set men apart and place them above others, it is the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit.

[1 Corinthians 15:9‭-‬10 KJV] “For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. [10] But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me”.

I don’t know where many would be but for the grace of God. The element of grace and miracle is what takes ordinary men to heights overnight. A man who has grace, love, and fellowship with the God-head receives the utmost power to win in life. Without doubt, you are what you are by the grace of God and you will be what you will be, by grace, by love, and by fellowship with God.

Therefore, the Bible says, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen”. [2 Corinthians 13:14 KJV]

The apostle is praying for us that the thing that brought the big difference to his life should come upon us.

It is important to remember that there is no difference between Jacob and Esau except for the grace of God that comes through his love. The Bible tells us that before any of them could do wrong or right, God said: “Jacob have I loved, Esau have I hated; hence I have given grace to Jacob.” And it emphatically states that “it is not of him that willeth nor he that runneth; but God that shows mercy”. It is the love of God that releases the grace and compassion of God.

[Romans 9:10-16 KJV] “And not only this ; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; [11] (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) [12] It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. [13] As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. [14] What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. [15] For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. [16] So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy”.

Jacob did nothing to merit the grace and compassion of God. God just loved him and gave him grace.

Grace and favour make all the difference, but grace is given because God loves you. The Bible says, “God gave Jacob grace to rule over things and people that should have ruled him because he loved him. It is not because he did anything good or bad. It wasn’t because he was willing or running, it was simply because God loved him.

However, as I study the Bible, I have seen the following rules that can help us to receive grace;

1. You can walk in the grace when you honour spiritual things:

Don’t take the grace in vain or for granted. Esau could not walk in grace because he was a fornicator and profane. He treated spiritual things lightly. He had no respect for the birthright and other spiritual things. There are people who sit around treasure, they relate closely with greatness, or stand in a place of advantage yet it doesn’t benefit them because they treat such privileges lightly. Don’t treat any spiritual thing or person lightly.

2. Grace works by election:

Don’t do the work of the Holy Ghost. You cannot change anybody, and the truth is, nobody can change you. Some men and women are created for grace, but others for wrath. As a minister, after preaching, teaching and admonishing men, leave every man to his own fate and just pray for them. You will be frustrated if you want to save Pharoah at all costs; he was created for wrath. You can only teach and admonish with long-suffering.

3. Don’t be puffed up because of the radical grace on your life;

Don’t allow the grace on your life to make you look down on others. Don’t rebuke your boss or superior even if you think he or she is wrong. If you can, just find an intelligent way of pointing out your point of view to him or her. Moses did not speak ill of dignitaries. Anything you despise will not come to you. Don’t let the extreme grace you enjoy make you judgemental and impatient with others who don’t have the same grace. You have grace because God loves you and not because you are good.

4. Don’t let another man take your place or position, no matter how useless, little or insignificant it may appear to you:

Esau lost his birthright and ability to walk in grace because he treated spiritual things and positions of advantage lightly. Many of us spit on what God has given us for success and advantage. Judas lost his bishopric and the promise to sit on one of the twelve reserved thrones in heaven because he treated his calling lightly. The place you hold now in God may look like nothing until you have lost it. “In the last days, many shall come and say, you preached in our streets and dined in our homes but He shall say unto them, get away from me I know you not”.

5. You can walk in greater grace when you maintain fellowship with the Holy Spirit, who is the agent of grace;

The Bible says, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forever.

Grace makes all the difference but fellowshipping grows the grace. Always remember, it has been by His grace all along. Be blessed!

I love you;

Advancing by Grace and Truth

When we come in to the house of God, we must look for two things: grace and truth that from the word being preached. The word is the Lord, and it is full of grace and truthOriginally published at highcity.org

We have come to understand that the church is the house of God and the place of prayer. We cannot turn it into a den of thieves. When we come into the house of God, we must look for two things: grace and truth that from the word being preached. The word is the Lord, and it is full of grace and truth. We must look for that grace and truth, because that is the most important thing you can ever find in the house of God, and that is all that you need in order to make an impact in life.

[Mark 11:17,24-27 KJV] “And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves. [24] Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them , and ye shall have them . [25] And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. [26] But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. [27] And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders”,

There are three simple secrets to receive this grace and truth:

1. Desire:

Without a genuine desire and hunger for what God has to offer, a man cannot receive anything from God. You must cultivate a genuine hunger for the things of God and chase after them. (See Psalm 63:1)

2. Prayer:

The second secret to receiving the fullness of God, the healing, deliverance, transformation, and prosperity is prayer. The Bible says that “…whatsoever things you desire when you pray… “. God is expecting us to pray about the things we truly desire.

3. Believe:

It is not enough to pray. Many of us pray, but not many of us really believe and look forward to receiving. I pray that henceforth, as we gather to pray, may you come in faith and trust to receive answers to your prayers.

4. Work at it, go for it:

Ask, knock, and seek. If you pray about finding a suitor, work at finding one. If you pray about finding a job, don’t sit home, you must write applications. One CEO of one of the biggest Ghanaian communication companies said that he wrote about 400 applications letters before he found his new job.

4. Forgive:

As you go out to do what you truly believe, remember that people will not treat you the way you expect, but never bear a grudge, never be bitter, just keep trusting. Forgive and have a free spirit. The going may get tough, but fortitude will always win. Do you remember Joseph, he suffered many things because he pursued his dream, but he grew stronger because the Lord was with him. I don’t know what you may be going through but I can tell you, without doubt, we will make it. The Bible tells us in Genesis 49:22-23 that Joseph is a fruitful bough, but those fruits did not come on a silver platter. The archers hit him sore, but his arm was strengthened because the hand of the Lord was with him. As you follow hard after God and pursue vision, there will be hurts, and disappointments, and heartbreaks, but if you don’t get discouraged, you will become fruitful.

May the Lord heal and restore you. May He uphold us with a free spirit. May you receive full answers to all of your prayers. Be blessed!

I love you;

Things to Expect from the Word

You will receive grace for salvation but truth for guidance. You are saved by grace but guided by truthOriginally published at highcity.org

In the beginning, was the word and the Word became flesh and dwelt among men. This word is full of grace and truth; and of his fullness, we receive grace for grace. Whenever you relate with the Lord or the body of Christ, you receive grace for grace. You receive grace and truth to press on.

[John 1:14-17 KJV] “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. [15] John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. [16] And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. [17] For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ”.

You will receive grace for salvation but truth for guidance. You are saved by grace but guided by truth. You may be saved by grace alright but you can not walk about foolishly and expect to win. It takes truth to guide you. You must be guided and directed by the truth. Grace for grace and truth to direct. Of his fullness, we receive grace for grace.

I pray that the Lord shall guide your heart and lead you into all truth. May you never miss the grace that strengthens and helps. May you never miss the way. You will excel when you learn to receive grace and truth for life. Grace heals and delivers, and saves, and truth guides and directs.

Many of us miss the way because we come looking for things that do not satisfy. When you come to the Lord, you must desire to receive grace and truth. That is what matters, it takes grace and truth. May the Lord reveal to us grace and truth; and cause His change to begin in us. Be blessed!

I love you;

3 Things You Need to Be Fruitful.

God always wants to help His own, especially those who walk by faith in Him.Originally published at highcity.org

[2 Corinthians 13:11-14 KJV] “Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. [12] Greet one another with an holy kiss. [13] All the saints salute you. [14] The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

God always wants to help His own, especially those who walk by faith in Him. There are three things that sustains those who choose to walk by faith; Grace, love, and communion.

1. Grace exempts us:

When God decided to destroy the world with water, Noah found favour before the Lord, and he was exempted. When you find grace before God and before people, you will be exempted from danger, and even from certain due processes. When you find favour, protocols will be suspended because of you. Esther found grace before the king through the force of fasting and prayer. Nehemiah found favour before the king by fasting and prayer. According to Isaiah 58, those who fast as the Lord has appointed shall find favour.

2. Love resources us:

John 3:16 teaches that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that those who believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Love moved God to give the most precious gift to the human race, that we may be saved. If the Lord did not withhold His only begotten son from us, then He shall by that same son give us all things also. He shall give us all things that we ask for because He loves us.

3. Communion reinforces us:

Communion fosters stronger connection which leads to fruitfulness. “If you abide in me and I in you, then you shall bring forth fruits”. We all need the fellowship of the Holy Spirit to grow healthy and bear fruits. The Bible tells us that “he that is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him”. As we fellowship with the Lord, we become one spirit with Him. May the Lord have fellowship us.

These are the three things that help you to live an effective and fruitful life. Be Fruitful as you find favour with God and men; as you love the Lord in sincerity as He has loved you, and as you have sweet communion with Him.

Be blessed. My love be with you in Christ Jesus, Amen!

Stepping into Grace!

The Lord will heal and save you only if you call upon Him!

How then do I step into grace irrespective of those who judge and ostracize me?Originally published at highcity.org

[Psalms 51:17‭-‬18 KJV] “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. [18] Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem”.

Without grace none of us can make it far. None of us can walk with God if He does not give us grace. Flesh and blood cannot walk in grace. Flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom nor please God. We must therefore learn about how to step into the grace that lifts a man from the dung hill to sets him among princes.

Like the king David, we all sin and falter in many things, but everyone can find grace and mercy when we handle our faults and weaknesses well. Psalm 51:17 says that the sacrifices of the Lord are a broken and a contrite heart, this is what the Lord does not despise. When we cultivate a broken and a contrite heart, it will be as a sacrifice unto the Lord.

Psalm 34:18 declares that the Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken spirit and saves those with a contrite heart. I exhort you to approach the Lord with a broken spirit and a contrite heart. Give up pride and haughty attitudes. Let us draw near unto the Lord in a good and humble heart.

Isaiah 57:15 declares that the Lord shall revive the humble and the contrite at heart. Indeed, the Lord will revive the humble. The Lord will not despise the humble. He will raise the humble from a dunghill. God will revive us in the coming days because of the humility of our hearts.

In Isaiah 66:1-2, we learn that though the heaven is the throne of God and the earth is His footstool; the Lord gives attention to the man who is poor in spirit and of a contrite heart, and trembles at His word. May Heaven open over you and give you attention. May the Lord hear your prayers and answer you speedily! The Lord will heal and save you only if you call upon Him!

How then do I step into grace irrespective of those who judge and ostracize me?

1. Don’t justify your actions:

When you are wrong, you are wrong. Don’t justify your actions, do not make excuses, just admit your wrongs.

2. Admit your need for help daily:

The second key to stepping into grace is not to settle for a life of sin, but to admit that you need help. Until you admit that you need help, you will not be open to the Helper. May the Lord help us to admit our need for a helper.

3. Wait upon God in prayer (Exodus 33:15):

There is the need to step into the third stage of grace; that is to wait on God and wait till you have help.

4. Tremble at the word of God:

Finally, learn to tremble at the word of God. Allow the word of God to order and organize your life. Let the word of God make meaning and guide you as the bones in the valley of dry bones.(See Ezekiel 37).

Be blessed, I love you;

It is of Faith, that it Might Be by Grace!

You will be justified to inherit the promise – every promise. Hold on, because change is coming! Hold on, because God will show up! Hold on, because your baby is on the way!Originally published at highcity.org

[Romans 4:16-25 KJV] “Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, [17] (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. [18] Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. [19] And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: [20] He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; [21] And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. [22] And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. [23] Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; [24] But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; [25] Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification”.

Righteousness is of faith, that it might be by grace. It is imputed to those who believe on He that raised Christ from the dead. In much the same way that the dead Christ did nothing to contribute to His ressurrection, we do nothing to have righteousness imputed to us.

The Bible tells us that when it was told Abraham that he shall be the father of all nations, he did the following things;

He believed on He who spoke:

Even God who calls the things that be not as though they were. Which means that at the time they told Abraham that he shall be the father of many nations, there was no sign that it shall come to pass. Hallelujah! Nothing may show that the word spoken over your life will come to pass, but you can learn from the faith of Abraham and believe God. He calls the things that be not as though they were; you will surely be well, you shall be delivered, you will prosper, you will be the mother of many children of your own. God will fulfill His word!

He was not weak in faith nor did he consider the deadness of Sarah’s womb:

Listen! Don’t be weak in faith! Don’t let the adverse evidence and situation weaken your faith. Abraham was not weak in faith, he did not allow the doctor’s report to scare him. Though he was well advanced in age and his wife was old, he was not weak in faith. Be bold and be strong in faith. Don’t allow the doctor’s report weaken your faith.

Abraham staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief:

The man of God remianed resolute. He staggered not at the promise. We must remain resolute and stagger not at the promise. He has promised divine health, and eternal life, and safety, and prosperity. Stagger not at the promise through unbelief. Rather, being strong in faith, he gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that He is able.

It is of faith that it might be by grace. You will be justified to inherit the promise – every promise. Hold on, because change is coming! Hold on, because God will show up! Hold on, because your baby is on the way! Hold on, for your healing is here! He staggered not; you shall stagger not!

Be blessed, I love you!
