3 Benefits of serving in prayer

‭Psalm 145:18-19 KJV‬ — The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, To all that call upon him in truth. [19] He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: He also will hear their cry, and will save them.

Praying is the act of speaking to and waiting on God. It’s the platform and meeting point between mortal men and the immortal God. On the platform of prayer, we gain access to answers and great benefits.

I want to exhort you to call upon God in truth, fear Him, and cry out to Him. If you are a watcher of the night, then call upon the Lord in truth, fear, and cry out to Him. You are never a loser when you commit yourself to prayer and the fear of the Lord.

Three things happen when men and women who fear God call upon Him in truth and cry out for help:

  • The Lord draws nigh unto those who call upon Him in truth
  • Nothing brings close the presence of God than for men and women to call upon Him in truth. May the Lord draw nigh unto you in the name of Jesus! May the presence of God never depart from you.
  • The Lord fulfils their desire
  • The Bible says the desire or  expectation of the righteous shall not be cut off. The Lord will fulfill the desires of those who fear Him. I see you full of joy and testimonies soon. May the Lord fulfill your desires!
  • May the Lord save you from danger and all your fears in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
  • The Lord saves those who call upon Him. As we lift up our voices and pray, may the Lord save us to the uttermost.

No man who joins a prayer band would ever lose. When we pray, we experience His presence and salvation. I am calling upon your to open your mouth and heart, and begin to pray.

Stay blessed
