[Hebrews 10:18-27 KJV] “Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. [19] Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, [20] By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; [21] And having an high priest over the house of God; [22] Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. [23] Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) [24] And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: [25] Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is ; but exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. [26] For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, [27] But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries”.

Motivation

The only secret to maintaining your fire and zeal for God is to continue in fellowship.  The church is the place where we come weekly and daily for servicing. Our bolts, nuts, oil, water, alignments, balancing, greasing are done in church. When we gather, the gardener comes down into our midst and begin to work on us.

Discussion

The secret to the supernatural, signs and wonders in the church is when we begin to see the church as a service station rather than as a clinic.

We shouldn’t only come to church to find healing, we must come to improve our health. I wish above all things that you will be healthy. The will of God for us is health and not healing. The Scriptures teaches that health and healing is the bread of the children.

We shouldn’t just come to church to be delivered, we must come to be empowered to walk in liberty, because where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.

We must go past the days when we come to church to be freed from debt, and graduate to recieve power to make wealth. He is the Lord that gives us power to make wealth.

As we gather, His spirit dwells within us; and as we come we must desire to catch the presence. Now there are two steps to catching the “flu” of the spiritual presence;

  1. Transformation
  2. Fellowship
  3. Hunger

A magnet, no matter how powerful, can only attract a magnetic substance. The Lord said, “if I be lifted up, I will draw all men to myself”. Indeed, the Lord can only draw people who are transformed into His nature. Amos 3:3 says that two cannot walk together or even fellowship, except they are made compatible. Spiritual things are spiritually discerned, a carnal man cannot recieved them; They are foolishness to him.

The strength of our fellowship with him, determines the extent of our transformation. I pray that from today, you will be transformed by the renewing of your mind by the truth, Amen!

The third thing that enables you to catch the presence of God to your advantage is the extent of your hunger. How much do you want it? Do you even know why you need it? For many of us, life is so cool that we don’t even see the need to hunger and desire God.

This is the time to come into His presence by the new and living way. We must come through the blood that was shed. We must come on the note of the finished work of Christ on the cross. The scriptures encourage us to come boldly before the throne of grace boldly.

Be blessed; I love you!
